I am Sharonda Phelps, a professional science educator and instructional leader who has served in the field of education since 2012. My professional ambition is to use the tremendous professional development and growth I acquired from my Master's and Doctoral courses, experiences, and mentor coaching to engage stakeholders in order to establish an atmosphere of collaboration, high academic achievement, and community building. My experience as an instructional leader, academic coach, and department head has shaped my knowledge of how to construct a leadership team with diverse viewpoints, as well as, how to engage community stakeholders in a number of ways.
